West Maui condo/hotel HELP!

My boyfriend and I stayed in Napili last year and had a wonderful time. We stayed at Napili shores and had a good experience. Unfortunately, Napili Shores seems to have gotten more expensive, about $150 per night plus tax. We don%26#39;t feel the need for flashy surroundings or an ocean front room. Some things are necessary though. I am looking for a room with a full kitchen, second floor or higher, bed for 2, a swimming pool available, and (only if no swimming pool) AC. Room doesn%26#39;t need to have the latest in room decor but cleanliness is a must. Ocean view is optional, quiet is best (no highway noise). I would like to spend about $110-$130. Am I dreaming here? Should I wait awhile to book for October in order to get a better deal? Oh and paying for parking tends to tick me off ;).

Napili Sunset is having an internet special for an oceanfront studio apt of $119.

I would check for availability of your dates by contacting them as soon as possible.

This is a beachfront smaller resort.

Napili Surf, Napili Sunset, are worth a try.

Outrigger Napili Shores has been offering discounted rates and grocery certificate which would help with offset of costs - with some restricted dates.

Perhaps consider Kahana area as well.

It doesn%26#39;t sound as though West Maui is a must for you, so...how about South Maui? There are many nice condos with what you want opposite the ocean along Kihei Road. Best beaches begin with the Kamaole Beach Parks and go south through Wailea and Makena.

Yay! thanks for the great suggestions. I just made reservations for Napili Sunset for their $119 deal. I am sooo excited. We are actually already staying in South Maui for the second half of our trip at a Grand Champions condo. This will be our first time in South Maui. Thanks for all the great suggestions.
