has anyone used activity warehouse, travelhawaii.com for a helicopter ride over the crater. There price is too good which alarms me and there is no refund.

Phone the helicopter company and see if they will match price.
Also a lot of those published helicopter rates as for last minute or for after you qualify by going to a timeshare (half a day) presentation.
