I had a question about tipping the crew that takes you out for a flight. How much is considered a good tip? I don%26#39;t want to stiff the crew but I don%26#39;t want to spend a big chunk of my travel funds. Also, when booking trips... is it better to book them before you arrive on the island or is it safe to just wing it? When you use a coupon from the entertainment book can you change your rate once you get there or are you set with the price quoted online or over the phone?
