Kuleana Club

Has anyone ever been to this condo? I believe it%26#39;s in the Napili area. A co-worker of mine cannot go for the week she had planned (August 18-25, 2006) and is offering it to me for $350 for the week. Is this a good deal? Does anyone know anything about the condo? Thanks!

Have never been there but a condo on Maui for $350 a week is a steal. Check out the reviews on this site and unless it sounds horrible to you, I would go.

That%26#39;s a fantastic deal. Grab it before she changes her mind. We%26#39;re paying $350/night for our 3 bedroom condo. Even if its not right on the beach, the savings are huge! Have fun!!

I just got back from a 1 week stay at this resort. They say the resort is in Lahania but it is west of Kanappali Beach and closer to Kapalua. Yes, $350.00 for a week is a steal. My condo was unit #511 which was a 1 bedroom with a murphy bed in the living room. The units are not air-conditioned so you have to run fans. We slept in the murphy bed because there was no television in the bedroom. Additionally, there was so much road noise in the bedroom it was impossible to sleep. The last day of our stay they were trimming trees with chain saws and running chip crushers outside the bedroom window at 8 a.m. To add insult two nights during our stay security knocked on our door asking us to turn the television down because someone in the building was complaining!! We are not deaf nor are we noisy people. We also forgot to put our parking permit on the mirror one evening and had a huge sticker on our car the next morning telling us if we do it again our car will be towed. My overall impression is that the residents do as much as they can to discourage vacationing visitors from returning. On a positive note, the grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. Pool and beach are small. There were no laundry facilities in the unit. They are coin operated in the basement.

Hi, I am in your same situation and the only place available for the next three months is the Kuleana Club. How did you like it? there was TV right? It doesn%26#39;t say on the website and HELLO we need a TV:). We area young couple/no kids if that helps.
