Kapalua weather in June?

I know that Kapalua is on the wetter part of the island but can anyone tell me how the weather is in June? I read that June is the driest month in Maui but I don%26#39;t know if that applies to Kapalua. Thanks!

In June it should be wonderful, maybe an occaisional shower that would produce rainbows.

I stay in Kapalua every June. The weathers perfect but Kapalua is always on the windy side.

We were in Kapalua last year in June. The weather was perfect. It is a bit more breezey than say, south Maui, but that just helps to keep you cool. Jade

Thank you everyone! I just let out a huge sigh of relief. I don%26#39;t mind a shower or two during our week but 7 days of rain is another story. :)

Seven days of rain in Kapalua in June would truly be a noteworthy event! Even when posters speak of showers, it is not like you would be used to in SC. Typically they are very brief, blown in off the top of the mountain by the trade breezes, and rarely even cause anyone to move off the beach or their deck chair. And as previously noted, it is those ';Mauka Showers'; that bring out the vibrant rainbows. When it starts showering, grab your camera and start looking around.
