Maui or Oahu

Hello, I will be traveling to Hawaii during the end of May. I will be traveling with my wife and 7 year old daughter. Since this is our first time we would most likely do the traditional Hawaii tourist things. I understand that Honolulu is very busy but more sights to see than on Maui. Any suggestions for first time visitors would be greatly appreaciated.

Either island would be good. Oahu has more to see %26amp; do, but is busier as you already know.

Maui or Oahu

Absolutely no wrong answer here. Pick up a good travel guide to Oahu and Maui. Find ones that focus on the islands - instead of a bunch of hotel and restaurant filler. And get a good map - like from AAA.

Honolulu is on Oahu -- but there is SO much more to Oahu than just the City of Honolulu. The island is gorgeous! Exploring the island is a must, and yes, there is a ton of things to do and see in the City as well. The City is amazing and Waikiki is fun - your family will love it.

Maui - it%26#39;s great, too! We stay on Ka%26#39;anapali. Again, plenty to keep you busy ... or just relax!

How many nights will you be gone? Have you made your flight arrangements yet?
