My husband and I never had a honeymoon, so four years later we%26#39;re planning a trip to Hawaii (the first time for us both). We%26#39;re planning on about 10 days during the first half of October 2009. I think we%26#39;ve narrowed it down to Kauai and Maui, but have no idea where to go from there. How much time on each island? How can we best experience both islands and all they offer, while still having a relaxing time? Where might we find some of the best deals for October? What%26#39;s the best way to book everything (if a packaged deal, then from where)?
