Best room/floor RQ Waikiki Beach Hotel

We%26#39;re staying here for a week in March. Does anybody have a recommendation for which floor to book? Is it better to request a lower floor (to hear the ocean) or a higher floor (for the view)?

We will be staying in either an ocean front or junior suite.

Hi there, we stayed in an oceanfront room and were reasonably high up (can%26#39;t remember which floor). We did hear quite a bit of noise and music coming from Tiki%26#39;s bar so if that is an issue for you, maybe go for the higher floors.

The noise wasn%26#39;t an issue for us and we had a great time so hopefully you will too!

We stayed on the 18th floor and had amazing views and the noise wasn%26#39;t a factor that I remember. The rooms block out a fair amount of noise.
