surf lessons for kids

I would like to offer my 7 yr and 11 yr olds surf lessons. Who (school) would you recommend? We are staying in Kihei @ Kamaole Sands.

We used Maui Waveriders and been very happy for first-time surflessons. My oldest did it on his 10th birthday and had a blast. They%26#39;re just up the street from you :)

Yes, we went through MauiWaveriders also - very good!!

same here...Maui wave riders is great. Their office is right across the street from Kalama Park next to Kalama Village. Right in the area where you will be. Take the early morning lesson. Sign up, get your gear and walk across the street to take the classes. They are great with kids.

Try Wailea Watersports. We have used the company a couple of times (most recently in December) and have always been very happy with the quality of the instruction and the instructors.

thanks everyone I think we will go w/ Waveriders as it is right there (where we are staying) and the price looks good for group lessons.

Take a look at goofy foot in Lahania. We went three years ago and loved it. We will be going back again this year.
